Every member shares a single goal: finding the best possible deals and making them accessible to individual investors on straightforward terms. We are based in France and operate under full AMF oversight, ensuring the highest standards of investor protection and portfolio management.
Alexandre Moreau
Chief Executive Officer
Alexandre has over 18 years of experience in alternative asset management and private debt structuring across France and Southern Europe. He founded the investment committee framework at ClubFunding AM and continues to chair it for all deals above €500,000. He holds a Masters in Finance from Sciences Po Paris.
Sophie Lefèvre
Head of Real Estate
Sophie leads deal sourcing and underwriting for all real estate debt and equity products on the platform. She previously managed a €300 million property loan book at a major French regional bank before joining ClubFunding AM. Her team reviews over 200 projects per year, approving fewer than 8% for listing.
Thomas Reinhardt
Head of Structured Products
Thomas oversees the design and risk management of all structured notes and capital-protected products available on the platform. With a background in derivatives at a Tier 1 European investment bank, he brings institutional-grade structuring expertise to retail-accessible products. He is a CFA charterholder.
Camille Durand
Chief Compliance & Risk Officer
Camille ensures that every product and process at ClubFunding AM meets AMF requirements and EU alternative investment regulations. She has spent 14 years in financial regulation, including roles at the AMF itself. Her work guarantees that investor protections are embedded at every stage of the investment lifecycle.
Julien Marchand
Head of Investor Relations
Julien manages the relationship between ClubFunding AM and its community of over 40,000 investors. He oversees client support, platform communications, and the onboarding experience from registration to first investment. Julien previously led digital investor experience teams at a leading French fintech platform.
